Wake Media, Inc. ("we", "us", "our") operates the StageTime website at https://stagetime.app and the StageTime desktop application. This page describes what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.
Contact form. When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message. This data is sent to us via email so we can respond to your inquiry. We do not store it in a database.
Newsletter. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address for the purpose of sending you product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link in any email we send or by contacting us directly.
Downloads. When you download StageTime, we log the download event (timestamp, file requested, country, browser type, referring site, and a one-way hash of your IP address, not the address itself) for the purpose of tracking download counts and diagnosing distribution issues. When the application checks for updates, the same kind of event is logged with the version it reports. We do not tie this data to any personal identity.
Download email (optional). Before a download starts, we ask for your email address so we can tell you when a new version is released. This is optional; you can skip it and download anyway. If you give it, we store the address with the date, the file you downloaded, and your country, and use it only to send release announcements. We don't share it. To be removed, use the unsubscribe link in any email or write to [email protected].
The StageTime application. The desktop application does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data. It runs entirely on your local machine. The optional update check connects to our server to compare version numbers — no personal data is sent during this process.
Our contact form and downloads use Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent spam and automated downloads. Turnstile may collect interaction data and browser characteristics to determine whether a visitor is a real person. This data is processed by Cloudflare under their privacy policy. Most visitors are never shown a challenge.
This site does not set any first-party cookies. Third-party services we use (such as Cloudflare) may set their own cookies as described in their respective privacy policies.

Contact form messages are retained in our email system for as long as needed to resolve your inquiry. Newsletter subscriber emails are retained until you unsubscribe. Download logs are retained indefinitely in aggregate form.
